On CRM Phase 1, Mitratel has implemented a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to increase its long-term growth and profitability through a better understanding of client and customer habits. By that, the solution were Competitive Intelligence (CI) services, improved business processes, the addition of a CRM function, and Change Management (CM) so that Mitratel’s business processes would run more smoothly and analyze customer behavior better. Following up on CRM Phase 1, Mitratel wants to implement a new IT system that will support CRM business process, data integration and solve main pain points of Mitratel in CRM Phase 2. The name of this project is PIN1SI, Project ImplementatioN of #1 CRM System & Integration.
In developing this system, Mitratel are working with TelkomSigma, RPS, and Nasctech for the PIN1SI Project. We integrate and migrate Mitratel’s data that based on 11 separate satellites into the new system called Streamline.
RPS help Mitratel to develop one sustainable & future-proof system and migrate data into the new system & ensure data integrity. The integration between these functions will support the acceleration of business decision making so that Mitratel’s services to tenants can be provided according to the agreed commitments. This project is still on going and currently we are preparing for Phase 3 to implement change management through train the users, review integration plan that has been made from the implementor (Nasctech and Telkomsigma), and assist migration team on data preparation for testing & training.
