PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi Kampar needed assistance hosting Team Building between 26-27 April 2019 with the theme “Achieving 2019 PHE Kampar”. RPS was called in to help the new management team understand their employees to increase synergy and cooperation and achieve yearly goals.
We collaborated with experienced event facilitators to develop various games and agendas that were aligned with the main objectives.
The team building activities were completed in the afternoon, with a Gala Dinner in the evening with a “cowboy” theme. Supporting entertainers included an acoustic band, and the company presented 45 door prizes to lucky employees, including 2 mountain bikes, 2 Samsung A9 cell phones, televisions, and high-value kitchen items.
The Team Building retreat was able to break down dividing walls between the Jakarta-based management and their employees. At the end of the event, participants received goodie bag souvenirs to take home and reported great satisfaction from the retreat.
