OVERVIEW

Indonesia’s Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is a government agency that regularly requires members to conduct English language communication with foreign ministers. The Ministry requested a solution that could help its members improve their English proficiency.

LEARNING METHOD

RPS developed a learning program powered by the DynEd English learning application and NEO Professional enterprise software.

GAINED SKILL

Resulting training program :

1. Participants must earn a minimum of 6500 points per week through self-study with the NEO Professional courseware

2. 1-on-1 NEO live coaching every two weeks

Through RPS’ English Online Training, all participants successfully passed their English assessments. They reported that the NEO Professional application helped continue their English education even after the Online Training was complete.
